IDEAL Maintenance contract 3

Maintenance contract for IDEAL 3105,3804,4002,4005, 0201OMD, 0101HDP. A maintenance agreement can be concluded for periodic maintenance. The technician will check the original factory settings and readjust them if necessary. Maintenance consists of checking the parts subject to wear and cleaning and degreasing the contaminated parts. Moving parts are lubricated and greased again. The machine is then calibrated and tested. In addition to preventing malfunctions, the work is also aimed at checking the safe functioning of the machine. Finally, a service report is drawn up with any recommendations. This agreement offers additional benefits for repair work, such as a discount on call-out costs, labor and parts. In addition to telephone support, priority is given to malfunctions and we aim to be able to start solving the malfunction within 8 working hours of the report. A surcharge applies for service outside the Netherlands.
