IDEAL service

Europel, distributor of IDEAL, works together with Pactechno as an exclusive service partner. Pactechno is specialized in on-site services and maintenance of all IDEAL machines. Our trained service specialists are authorized and certified by IDEAL to perform all service and maintenance on your IDEAL machines. In addition, the service specialists also provide on-site training for all IDEAL equipment.

Installation & Instruction

For professional electric and hydraulic cutting machines, but also for large volume paper shredders, it is important to have this equipment installed reliably and professionally by a specialist. He knows all the settings and settings of your new machine and ensures that you can put the equipment into production quickly and safely.

Instruction

After installation, the technician will explain and instruct you on how to work safely and reliably with your new machine. Even if you get new staff to work with the machine, we can provide special training on your own equipment on site.
After installation, the fitter removes all packaging materials.
This service is available for all IDEAL machines.

Maintenance[

If you have a malfunction with the machine or if maintenance is required, this can be solved on site. The technician will check the original factory settings and readjust them if necessary.

Maintenance consists of checking the parts subject to wear and cleaning and degreasing the contaminated parts. Moving parts are lubricated and greased again. The machine is then calibrated and tested. In addition to preventing malfunctions, the work is also aimed at checking the safe functioning of the machine. Finally, a service report is drawn up with any recommendations.


Maintenance Agreement

A maintenance agreement can be concluded for periodic maintenance. In addition to the annual maintenance work as described under Ad-hoc maintenance, this agreement offers additional benefits for repair work, such as a discount on the call-out costs, labor and parts. In addition to telephone support, priority is given to malfunctions and we aim to be able to start solving the malfunction within 8 working hours of the report.
